Warranty

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

Phone cases come with a 1-year warranty covering color fading and peeling. If any issue occurs within the warranty period, we will replace your case at no extra cost.

Art prints and canvas prints are crafted with archival-quality materials and carry a lifetime warranty against fading. If your print loses its color vibrancy over time, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution free of charge.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at artrelit.store@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order number.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain made-to-order or custom products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law. Standard print-on-demand products without personalization are generally eligible for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
